That is a loaded question with not enough info!
Here are some other questions that need to be answered first.
Is the motor brand new from the installing dealer and with a full warranty?
Are you buying just the motor that will hook up directly to the existing controls, steering, electrics and gauges?
It used to be a fair estimate of around $100/HP or a 90 HP motor installed should come in at right around $9,000. I am sure there are deals to be had right now but I bet that is pretty close as long as you don't need a lot of the peripherals. A 90 Evinrude E-tech is right around $8700 here the last time I checked.

Leftover Mercury 90 2-strokes have been going for $5000-5500 lately, if you can even find one. Add another $700 for controls and installation.
