2 Issues:

1- Motor runs OK but going from nuetral into fwd, it likes to stall. I have found that if I put it into gear with a little gas, I can give it a quick on/off of the choke and away it goes. I see 2 adjustment screws at the top of the carbs but not sure what they are for.

2- After motor warms up after 10 minutes and then running at wide open throttle it starts to miss.

I have tried running a strong dose of Sea foam but made no difference at all. I have no manuals on this motor and will be getting some soon. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Ed

Assuming the spark plug is correct and in good shape, I would try opening the drain plug on the bottom of the carb bowl and spraying carb cleaner into non-running barrel of the carb. You may need to disassemble the carb and check the passage between the bowl and throat. It is very small and may have a partial blockage.
I am not a mechanic but have solved this issue on a small Johnson outboard successfully.

Of course fresh fuel is also assumed.
