Dear BW,

Please help me with some wiring diagram for a Whaler 170 MOUNTAK - HIN: US-BWCE7729D404. I would like to install
a Minnkota PD-55 on the bow, and I would like to know how should I do it; in fact I'm looking for some technical draws of this nice boat.

There are many diagrams and manuals etc on the Boston Whaler site. It is under Owners, Resources.

Here is a link. Knowing your model year will help since the later years had additional features.

I assume you boat did not have the trolling motor option (added wiring to the bow and deleted the bow rail.

Many owners run a set of wires to the bow on the deck and do not try to put them inside the hull. Attempting to run battery cables inside the hull is extremely difficult and expensive if done professionally.
