Hello all .......... I would like to purchase a bow cushion for my montauk. I believe Hall's Nautical is the place. I dont want to put holes in the boat for the snaps. I am completing the patches on dozens of small holes now.
Has anyone used another method of securing the bow cushion ? Perhaps velcro or ties to the rail post bottoms?
Thanks, Pete

Pete,
Lois can make it anyway you choose.
I would think velco would work great along with one tie from the cushion to the Norman Pin or Bow Eye. This tie would prevent it from blowing out of the boat just in case the cushion wasn't properly attached to the velcro before take-off.....
Just an extra safety precaution.
