Does anyone know of a source for an OEM fuel tank (210) gallons for a 1996 Outrage?

The fuel tank in the 1996 Outrage 21 was 122 gallons, not 210 gallons.
Florida Marine Tanks was the OEM. You can order a new one directly from them:
