Santiago,
Is this the style of walk around you are looking at?

I thought they stopped production of this hull in 1992. But I could be wrong. The capacity plate should have a length but not width measurement on it. Is it the original capacity plate? So I guess you are looking for a value on the boat? Well the NADA prices are not going to be anywhere near what they should be for fair market value. Also without pictures it is though to say what a fair price might be. Could be from the mid teens to low thirties.
Things to effect value are:
Where is the boat loacated?
How was it stored? Inside cold storage, Inside heated, Outside on a trailer under a car port, outside on a trailer under a trap, outside under a mooring cover, outside uncovered under a fruit tree and the boat is full of rotten fruit, outside in the water with out a cover? outside on the water with a mooring cover?
How is the hull?
Has it been banged up?
Is it full of gel coat patchs?
Is there crazing or has it been buffed and waxed every year?
How does the transom look?
Are there any signs of large scale cracking?
What condition are the thru hulls in?
Are there any screws in the hull that were for mounting hardware that is now gone?
Is there bottom paint?
Does the hull have all the Original hardware?
Has the hull been weighed to see if there could be water in the foam?
Are there any electronics on the boat? If so are they new or out dated?
How is the wood?, Was it oiled?, Was it Urethaned? If so is it peeling?
Does it come with any canvas?
What is the make and year of the motors?
Carbed or EFI?
How were the motors serviced?
Can you talk to the person who services them?
Has it been started on a regular basis or does it sit for long times at end?
Have the lower units lube changed every year?
How Many hours on the motors and can that be verified or is it a guess?
The motors might have low hours but, if it was stored with out care it could be just as much of a problem as a motor of the same vintage with 1000+ hours.
How is the trailer?
Is it a roller trailer or bunk?
Bearing buddies or sealed hubs?

So, the boat you are looking at looks like this one right?

I am not sure where the boat is that you are looking at is but I have seen this style Whaler consistently being offered from 30-40 thousand dollars in good condition with newer / good power. In Europe there is one that is going for 90's.
Below.....Here is another 25 WA/WD

Santiago,
IMO, mid 20's for a decent hull and power of that vintage sounds about right. 550hrs sounds low but they will have to be looked over hard after sitting for 2 years. You may or may not have done a compression check but I highly recommend one. Those motors should be very reliable with regular maint. They will smoke and guzzle gas but compared to the price of new power they should be well worth it...If it were me, along with the carb cleaning/kits, new thermostats, plugs, fuel filters, and lower gear oil.
What do you plan to use the boat for, cruising, fishing? Keep us posted.
Good Luck, Mike.
