When i try to edit my personal page the scroll bar jumps all over the place and makes it extremly difficult to keep up with what i'm doing. Is there some setting on my computer that I need to adjust or is this defect normal? Also I need to put a small format jpg (314x235, 34.5K, can make it smaller) in a post because I dont know the name of a motor part I need to find. The FAQ section is no help on this subject except to say keep jpg's to min. of 2 per thread. Thanks for any help or info.

I don't see that problem here Jack.

So your vertical scroll bar is acting like a Mexican Jumping Bean ?

Anyone else see this behavior?

Jack
I just checked mine and couldn't see a problem. Must be a setting or glitch on your computer. Sorry I can't help with that :(

Your computer could be suffering from some of that Mississippi moonshine. I heard that will give ya the jitters pretty quick. Lol. ;)

I have the same issue...not exactly sure what is causing it but I know how to make it stop. I assume you are using Internet Explorer 8 (thats where I found this issue to occur). When on the editing page, simply go up to the address bar at the top of the page and click on the button to the right of the address bar. It looks like a broken page. This puts the browser into Compatibility Mode and will allow you edit your page without it jumping around. Hope this helps.

Thanks Chris, you are correct. I am running IE8 and putting it in the compatibility mode with the older browser format works.

Another problem i'm having is logout process, 15-20 times and still loged in. Sometimes closing IE8 and restaring helps. Any words of wisdom here?

The logout issue is one that I couldn't recreate so I'm not exactly sure. Just a side note on the jumping text box issue though...I downloaded Internet Exploerer 9 Release Candidate and it appears that the problem does not occur in the latest Internet Explorer.
