Followign a rebuild, the idle is rough, but at WOT she runs like a champ. I was thinking carbs - low speed jets. Ideas?

What about timing? When putting this beast back together I couldn't really figure any way to completely screw up the timing. I mean, it pieces back together pretty much one way. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I am really looking forward to completing this project so I can sell it and buy a real whaler ;)
