Hi Guys

I was wondering how I can get the steering on a 4stroke Evinrude engine undo. Presently I cannot turn the motor because the grease and rust (?) seem to have the steering stuck. I tried to turn the motor as suggested by a person that know boats a little bit and unscrew the four bolts that hold the steering cylinders and the engingine should move freely. But that didn't work. Any suggestion ? A person suggest heat but I have not work with a blow torch. Any suggestions ?

Thanks for the information. I will try as suggested but the only thing is that my steering is hydralic.
