New here...just picked up a 97 crosstackle with a 115 oceanrunner and was hoping to find a factory manual for the engine. any ideas would be appreciated.

Try an Evinrude dealer.

There are over 125 manuals on Ebay for an Evinrude 115. Browse and see if the one you want is there.
