Any idea where to find one? Rebuilt the motor and while it sat the cable froze!

I have bought all of my replacement cables through Defender. Though I am not exactly sure which one the RAGE uses.

I found Brian at the LowCostBoatingStore to be very knowledgable with Steering and control cables and pretty reasonable as well. He was able to get me the cable with the new helm for right around what the cable alone was quoted elsewhere.

You did not mention where the freeze up is but I can tell you on my Montauk the cable had a split in the sheath allowing water in but the real freeze up was in the tilt tube through the engine.

The part description is "Cable, steering, 10', mini rack system" by Teleflex for the mini rack helm... A search might find a distributor...
