Can anyone help me locate this part? This is from 1989 20' Outrage.

Any BW dealer can get you this part. The only problem, it will cost you about $75 retail, for the eye alone.

I replied to your question before I saw the photo, got tired of waiting for it to load. Your eye, ect looks like someone did some improvising?

In case anyone is looking for this part or a similar one, I called Sue @ http://twincitiesmarine.com/ and not only did she know exactly what I needed, but had the part in stock and is shipping the same day! They have quite a bit of experience and inventory of Boston Whaler.

That is a standard part and we have it listed in our OEM Part Photos section along with the information, part numbers, etc....
