I can tell you a 19 foot Outrage is 1500 pounds dry. I would think the Raider would be heavier just based on the way its built.

tcrochet1,
sraab928 is correct about the Commercial Governmental Products(CGP) hulls being heavier than the recreational models.
Here is a link to the specs for the Guardian series of that era (late 1980's) -
http://www.whalercentral.com/images/s.../specs.jpg.
The hulls are essentially the same, it looks like the hull weight is 1755 for the 18' Guardian which I guess is the same as the 19' for the Raider. The Guardian may have a little beefier gunwales but other than that the hulls look pretty similar.

With regard to the difference in weight between the Outrage and the commercial hulls, I had an email exchange with Chuck Bennett at Whaler when I bought my Guardian.
Here is a quote from Chuck regarding the differences:
On the hull thickness and wood locating diagrams...all I can really tell
you is that these were custom built boats...reinforcements were placed in
each boat as needed. They would have all of the basics (as the recreational
boats), however, aluminum may be added in place of wood that may have been
used on the recreational models (depending on the accessory installed).
Hull thickness...at least twice as thick as a recreational boat in most
areas...there is no one hull thickness measurement...it varies depending on
the location...on the keel almost one inch thick..

I am currently working on a 'Raider' model (restoration). The hull is 18 feet 6 inches officially. I've done a bunch of fiberglass work, and the hull is amazingly thick. Mine has the optional rear 'crash bar' and aluminum in the gunnels. It also has a stainless steel cutwater from bow to stern. The outside hull is supposed to be the same as an outrage, the inside is completely different.
