I have tried sending Bearing Buddy an email using their address they list on their website.
http://www.bearingbuddy.com/contact.htmontact.htm
I have tried 3 times with no response in over 2 weeks...
I am certainly not impressed about not getting a reply from this type of business.
Has anyone else had any experience?

Why do they have an email address for a contact if they don't answer their emails?
I really don't want to call long distance if I don't have to.
I'm cheap....
Thanks for trying Matt

If you have a cell phone, it shouldn't cost much at all.
I've never had to contact Bearing Buddy. Mine are working well.

fishinliar,
What's a nickel? :)
CES,
What's a cell phone? :)
Bearing Buddy also sells other items of which I won't mention because I don't want to advertise any other products for them here at this time.
I don't think any of you would like it if I didn't reply to your email or Private Message... and I'm not selling anything...
I was trying to buy something from them but I guess I might look elsewhere...

It is incredibly annoying that companies list e-mail addresses then think it is OK to take days--if not weeks--to answer an e-mail. What's surprising is that it's not uncommon.

I guess some companies may think they get too big for their britches and forget their roots.
I suppose many companies feel like the attachment below...

I'd rather contact a business via phone than email. I guess everyone has their preference. However they shouldn't have an email address listed as contact information if they don't monitor it regularly.

I'm with you Joe. I love email because I send when I have a moment and the responder can do the same. If they are busy, I don't have to be on hold. If they can't answer my email in a reasonable amount of time, they can't have my business.
