I have a rage 15 jet with a 115 omc and I think it may have some carbueration issues. Anybody have any experience with these?

I have rebuilt mine twice already.

Hello,
I'm getting ready to purchase a 1995 Rage 15, OEM 115hp.
The boat is in great shape - maybe you can help me with a few quick questions.
What do i need to look out for with this boat motor - I hear they over heat ? Impeller corrosion?
Can this boat pick up a water skier?
Preventative maintenance - any advice here would be awesome as I cannot find a manual anywhere online for her.
