Sue Lodel at Twin Cities Marine has 1.5 inch plugs available for those who need them.

Thanks for the info. I was able to track some of these done at a local shop here in Michigan as well. What does Sue charge for them?

I chuckled when I read this because I searched everywhere for a plug to stop the water from coming in on one side of our Outrage ll - one side of the boat of course being lower due to the weight of the kicker. And the water kept filling the floor locker. The solution was a standard wash basin plug from Home Depot. Looks weird but cheap and worked great.
