Under-Gunwhale "cover" pieces for Outrage 18?

Member Posts: 1 Comments: 0 Joined: 04/28/10	Hello - I just bought a used 1987 18' Outrage. The boat is missing thepieces that cover the fuel fill hose on the port side, and the running light wires on the starboard side. These are the identical "swuare" shaped pieces that fit vertically underneath the gunwhales about even with the back of the console. I apologizse that I don't know the correct names for these. It is not the best sight to have the fuel hoses exposed, and I'd like to possibly mount speakers on these pieces as I have seen some people do. If you have a set, or have any ideas for replacing these, I would be very appreciative! Thanks, Peter pwellsy@yahoo.com

There you will find a "Parts Manual" for a 1985 Outrage 18' which will be almost identical to your boat. http://www.whalercentral.com/download...p?cat_id=3 Unfortunately, that is the only parts that aren't listed in the Manual. These are no longer available either. A tragic lose to whoever originally lost them and now your lose.... You might ask Sue at Twin Cities Marine if she has any old stock. Good Luck.
