I was de-winterizing my boat on Saturday and realized that a plastic part on my RPS had snapped. It is a stainless RPS and there is a plastic part where the backrest legs attach to the base. The part allows you to slide the backrest up to unlock it to change positions and also acts as the hinge for the backrest. I spent last night searching the web for the part with no luck. Even looked at the parts diagram for the 98 whaler 17', but there is no exploded view of the RPS. Can anyone tell me what the part is called, or where I could find a replacement?

Thanks for the advice. Just called her. She know exactly what I need.
Just in case anyone else needs these parts. They are only available through Whaler, made of delrin. They come in two types, aligned and mis-aligned. I have picture of both types if anyone need them.
I have the same problem with my whaler. Can you give me Sue's number, I have called 3 different twin city marine stores and none have whaler parts. Thank You KL
