My Outrage is about 100 miles from me right now so I cant actually measure the part. I'd like to have the o-ring in hand if possible before my next trip for quick replacement. I suspect at least some of the moisture issue I had with my fuel several months ago may very well have been from rain intrusion into the fuel cap. The area is sort of recessed and holds water (dumb design) and the boat sat uncovered for several weeks in our summer rainy season during its re-power process.

I can get a look and snap some photos if this will help. I need to get a measurement of the bimini sliders for a Guardian owner so it's not a big deal. [Edit- Johnny - I notice you have the original design with the fuel tank in the rear (1990-1991) that was changed to the under floor tank versions. They are the last two in my Outrage album Without pulling the gasket out (mine might break) I measured 1 1/4 inches in diameter and the thickness is ~1/8 inch. It sits in a groove that is recessed at the base of the threads.
