It's been neglected and looks like it has some surface scratches. Also, what would you use to clean rust stains inside the boat on the fiberglass? Thanks, guys.

Not sure what you could use on the windshield... There are plastic windshield polishes out there, just need to do a little searching. It will be near the other powdered cleaners like Comet in the store. It is in a gold round container. I'm down here at the Texas coast where the rust is awful.
