I am sure Joe will get with you shortly. Once they set it up, you can add pictures at will.

The link is many places and the FAQ's also has the link.
http://www.whalercentral.com/faq.php?...?cat_id=11

Many members are not even close to filling their personal page which is a requirement before moving on to a project or photo album.....

There are 3 sections for members.
1. Personal Page
2. Project Album
3. Photo Album

I had one member asked to start a Project Album. He did not have a personal page at that time.
So, they started a personal page and put 1 (one) photo up and then said they were ready to start a project album and told me they had 40 years of computer knowledge....
I had to tell them they still needed to continue working on their personal page before moving on....

It's like a rights of passage so to speak.
Have fun with your personal page. When it has ceased to fulfill the needs of the user then we can discuss moving on....

Before someone says something about another member not having a personal page but they do have a project album, that is because they moved everything over to the project album and closed their personal page. I am not excited about that as they should always keep a personal page.
You know, the nicest photos of their boat. Their nicest photos of one of their outings... etc.....
and also have their project album with the photos they moved over....

Not picking on anyone here, it's just the way it is...

How many photos will the Personal Page hold before it is filled? I'm hoping to eventually have a Project Album too. I intend to actually finish the project first though.

LabCab,

We have it set for 20 photos at this time.

I see your personal page has 17 photos in it and is looking good.
The next set of photos would put your over the top and you would be ready to move on to a project album.

We would discourage other members from just adding a bunch of photos all at once that aren't related to any one project in one day and ask for a project album...
However, if anyone has had a personal page for awhile and have exhausted the limits of the personal page, then it is time to move forward to a project album...

I hope everyone understands what we are trying to provide here.

A member can also have more than one project album.
It could be of creating a stern seat as a example, or a fishing cabinet, etc.....
But first, they must have a personal page and have used and maintained that personal to its limits....

Nice boat there. I did not catch you were from Tybee. I am actually out here in Port Wentworth. Perhaps both our projects will be ready to fish in the spring.
