I know Panther makes for Evinrude/Johnson, your options may be limited to one of their jack plates. Those can be found in a number of configurations one being the remote trim/tilt. They have them listed for smaller HP motors which aren't as costly but I too would love to add the feature and have just found it was cost prohibitive.
