1. Use the full 4 digit year for everything you are asking your question about. Example: 1962, 1988, 2000, 2011
2. Include the correct name of your Whaler model. Example: Montauk 17, Montauk 170, Outrage 26, Outrage 260
3. Include the length when necessary. Example: 16, 17, 18, 20, 22

Member Personal Page Posts: 20 Comments: 0 Joined: 03/09/08	Still learning the ropes of this site. I guess I hit the limit of photos on my personal page just showing some interior work. How do you start a photo album? How do you start a project album? Thanks in advance.

See the Project Albums here: http://www.whalercentral.com/userphot...lery_3.php To create a photo or project album, submit one photo that best describes your album along with a short title and a description of the album. We will review the submission and create the album for you. Once the album is created you will see a new link under your name on the left sidebar for either: 1. My Project Albums 2. My Photo Albums At that point, the member is in complete control of their album(s). A member can have more than one album of either type as long as they are completely different. All photos should be 960x720 for these albums. NO smaller than 640x480... NOTE: Personal page photos should be 640x480 and no larger.

The only section that is restricted to 20 photos at this time is the personal pages. I would find it very hard to look at anyone's boat, including mine, more than 20 photos worth. How many photos or different views does it take to show our boat(s)? Photo and Project Albums do not have a limit but obviously we don't want duplicate photos or photos that are almost duplicate views of the same thing.

Photos of members boats generally belong in the members Personal Page. I see you have started your personal page but can add many more photos. I also see in your personal page that your photos were too large. Photos in the personal page section should be 640x480 and no larger. So, here are the photo album categories members can utilize. 1. Personal Page (photos of members boat or other things Boston Whaler related) 2. Photo Album (unusual and different items) 3. Project Album (a certain project a member is performing) This isn't intended to mean your 27 Walkaround isn't unusual but it is probably better placed in your personal page like you have already started.
