Flipping your boat

I unloaded the boat from the trailer onto the lawn (soft grass) then had a few of my sons friends help me roll it over. We picked up the front end high enough to get the trailer under it, then pulled it forward on the traler. The front end has a 4x4 across the trailer for support. We flipped it back over the same way in reverse.

I suppose it would not hurt a two stroke to stand on its head for a bit. I would think it would be just as easy to take it off and get it out of the way. I suppose a 4 stroke would need to be drained of all fluids.

On a 4-stroke the oil would drain out of the crank case via any open valve. Leaving the engine adds another 300+ lbs. Better off removing the engine. Kevin 1988 11' Super Sport, 1987 Johnson 15hp.
