You should be able to use any threaded Stainless Steel Rod the length you need.
You could call a Boston Whaler dealer but that may cost more.
My bolt is threaded on the ends only but the assembly looks just like the photo you send. I was thinking the same way as you in just getting a new threaded bolt to replace my bent one. Thanks for the quick response,
