Hello everyone, I'm new to asking a question on this site, but I've been a reader for a couple of years.
I recently purchased a 1972 Outrage II. It has the tall stern rail that surrounds the motorwell. On the forward part of the rail by the rear seat, directly midline of the boat, there is a hole drilled through the railing at a slight downward angle. Any idea what this hole is for?
