I am trying to start my personal page, but I can't get my pictures to upload. The reason seems to be my pictures are too large. Any suggestions?

I can help you get started.

Send me one (1) photo via email and I will upload it for you.
Please, only one photo....

Or, you can use the submit button on the left side panel. I will take a look at the one photo you submit.

That should help get you started and hopefully see how it is done.

Hello Joe. Would you be so kind as to help me get started, as well. I am a firefighter and learn by seeing much faster than reading. Presently all of my photos are downloaded from my camera to Kodak EasyShare. Does this mean my pictures are "on my computer"? Sorry for the stupid questions. Old enough to still be working, young enough to have just missed this "intuitive stuff", and no kids to 'do it for me'. Thanks. zotcha.

I'm ready to start a Project Page, and don't know if I need a Photobucket account.

Sure Zotcha,

Submit 1 (ONE) photo on the left sidebar under the "Submit Photo" link...

I will check the size of the photo for you and upload it to your personal page.
That will get you started....

If you have windos xp this is the link to download a microsoft image resizer. It is what I use and is very easy. If you have vista, just google vista image resizer. You need to download it to 640x480 which will be the SMALL ption in this resizing tool. Then the pics will upload no problem. Good luck!
