From what I understand, Perko bought the old molds from (and/or bought out) Wilcox Crittenden and are now offering many parts made of Marinium including the cleats for Boston Whalers. Check this link out. http://perko.com/marinium.html I have not checked the bolt pattern out yet but the photos sure do look like the old Wilcox Marinium Cleats and in the 8" size for our Whalers.
