I'll be on the hudson this afternoon test running a friends boat(supercharger project) should be interesting. Meanwhile my montauk sits in my driveway drooling at the thought of striper season. Bring it on!!!
First of all 39*F is not all that cold ! At least thats what I thought until I got outside and was blasted with that damp 20 mph wind, man it was relentless, all day it never let up. I was outside in it all day, I came home BLUE !
well here in midcoast maine is it sorta nice out, and has been for the past few days (nice enough for me to get the wiring and engine mounted on my 1968 16' currituck). anyway my boat has not seen water for 8 years (or so the previous owner told me) in which time it has had extensive work done. being in college and poor i was able to find a '91 yam 90hp and got her all ready. went to the launching ramp today to put her in for the first time and found the tide too low to launch... so now i am killing time as i wait for the tide to allow me to go BOATING!!!!
