I ordered one of these for my 1988 17' Montauk and since I'm only 1 1/2 hours away I elected to pick it up in person. I run cable steering and since he designed this with hydraulic in mind I had to install a steering stop. He provided me the material and I had no problem making this myself as the length may vary a little anyway. Raymond Martin is a super talented, down to earth guy that works for himself, by himself. His shop is very well equipped, clean, and A/C to boot! The quality of workmanship is outstanding! I've been in the fabrication/machine tool industry most of my life and his approach sets the bar, especially for a one man shop. I posted a couple of pictures on my page here. I have no other affiliation but I would definitely get this again. Thanks again Raymond Martin! And Raymond, I did notice all the screw heads were aligned on the platform LOL.
Raymond is key part of the small group of vendors supplying Boston Whaler owners with quality replacement parts, custom design/fabrication and great customer service.
