Anyone operating a Merc SeaPro Commercial engine in the 75-115 HP range?
I am curious about the pros and cons of these "commercial" engines as compared to the straight Fourstroke versions. What are the advantages? Disadvantages? Differences?
From what I can tell, the SeaPro versions are similar to the "Command Thrust" versions of the comparable FourStroke model. But there must be other differences. One thing they mention is an eight valve overhead cam on the SeaPro version, but not sure if that is exclusive to the SeaPro.
