I have no spark on my 50hp yamaha have checked kill switch, and all fuses, I bypassed ten pin harnes by unplugging and jumping starter. still nothing on all cylinders. all other electrical seem to work fine. with no spark on all cylinders doubt its the coils. What else can I check.
Really check all the ground connections. All the "kill switch" is is a ground disconnect. Neutral for start is just a completion of the ground circuitry.

Your motor is on a different wiring system than the rest of the boat. Without seeing it, look for any black or yellow wire connections. The neutral would have some sort of connection within the handle where the negative completes itself. Clean up those points. I am not familiar enough to locate or give reference within the motor or key switch, etc.... but black and yellow are the universal color code for negative.
