I have a 15 foot boston whaler with a 1978 70HP Johnson, currently I have a aluminum 13 1/4X17 prop, and than I picked up a 13 1/4 X 21 stainless steel, Which one is best for this engine?
What is your RPM at WOT for each prop? A 21"SS on our 15' with the same engine was a great prop when running light and fast. We usually kept a 19" SS on the rig when hauling big folks or pulling skiers. Great combination.
