I have a 1976 15' sport with old gunnel rubber that when I get close to any other white hulled boat it will leave a terrible "black mark" on their hull like with a black magic marker. I cruise a 46' Sports Fisherman and I would like to take my 15' Sport along but I cannot deal with the "black marking" when they touch.
Does anyone on this forum have a solution? I can replace the rub rail but where do I find a type that will not leave a mark? Is white available and what size do I order?
