Member Personal Page Posts: 157 Comments: 4 Joined: 10/09/08	Joe, I know you were collecting side rail lengths as well i believe. My 1982 18 Newport has the 69 inch side rails. The difference between outrage and newport seems to be placement. The three Newports I have seen so far all had the 69 rails that attached to the fiberglass in front of where the gunnels start. I will keep a note about you reporting that the Newport 18' has 69 inch side rails. This is probably due to the fact that the Side Rails were standard on this model and the bow rails were an option... The Outrage 22' has 62 inch side rails. The Outrage 18' has 55 inch side rails (still investigating) Thanks for the report.
