The 1st boat I ever went on looked just like this one, I was in 2nd grade (40 years ago), I thought it was the "COOLEST" boat in the world... I Still do ! NICE JOB !
I was out in our 1970, 13 Sport today & met a man & woman w/ a freshly refinished 1968 Nauset w/a 70Hp Yamaha & plenty of nicely done bright-work - not to mention the shiny new gel-coat, inside & out. As my son would say "SWEEEEEEEEEET!"
just bought one yesterday 1965 and near as i can figure its a nauset model decent shape needs little tlc but my plan is to clean and use this year to see how i like and go from there heard their rough riders has 80 hp mercury and this one has a fiberglass center console havent seen one pictured obviesely replaced aone point in its life...
