can anyone gove me advice on aplying antifouling on a bare hull?
It's getting nice weather in holland so i'm working hard to get the boat ready for this summer.
The whole hull has once been repainted in a greyish colour without proper under-water properties.
This resulted in the under-water part giving "baby" osmose: Only treating the paint not the gel coat.
The waterline has been sanded down to a very fresh and clean gelcoat.
What's the best way to apply a new layer Anti fouling?
Should I use a 2 component base coat? or should i just apply it on the sanded gel coat?
Let me know
cheers
