Of course it does not make sense. My writing skills leave a lot to be desired.
What I meant to describe is a connector with an end like the photo attached.
When I ordered the OEM Perko pole from Sue @Twin Cities for my Montauk, I recall it came with one connector attached to the pole wiring and the other end with tails.
Does this help?
