I am looking for an omc control unit for my 1982 evinrude 25 HP......Can any one tell me what is the cable length's for shift and throttle......for my 1969 13' fter.

On my 68 13 Sport I have a 71 40 hp Evinrude. Both cables are about 7'3" long. If I were to get new cables I would increase the length of the throttle cable by 6-9".

Thanks for the reply I think I would be good to go with 8' cables then......I have to search for the controls.
