I own a 1989 Outrage 25, bought new, and i would say that the term you are using, "construction plans" is not a good description of what you may be looking for.

If you are looking for plans of how Boston Whaler designed, molded and constructed the boat's foamed one piece hull, Phil's answer is correct. Boston Whaler, or any boat builder, would never release information like that to the boating public.

They did, however, give each buyer of a Boston Whaler, a drawing called a "wood locating diagram" which shows and dimensions and locations where plywood is imbedded in the hull for screw mounting the boat's supplemental parts and interior equipment. I have this.

In addition, for the '80's era second generation Outrages, they gave their dealers parts listing and related drawings of all of the other components that made up a completed boat. These pretty much show how the boats go together, and are quite extensive, including screw sizes, all attached components and locker covers, plumbing, fuel, electrical, lighting, etc. I will say,, however, that by now practically none of these special factory parts are available. I was fortunate in that my selling Dealer gave me a copy of this information, specifically for an Outrage 25 Cuddy. He also gave me the drawing for an Outrage 22 and an Outrage 18.
