Moisture meters are horrendously inaccurate on the type of hull construction. The foam filled interior throws the meter out of wack.

Look at the static water line.

Look at the outside and inside of every drain tube.

Look at all the fasteners. Look for stains, weeping.

Walk the deck in your bare feet and feel for soft spots.

Is the gelcoat shiny or chalky? Does everything work? Nav lights? VHF?

Trailer have greased bearings?

New-ish tires?

Is it a rust bucket? New trailer is $2300-$2500.

Very rough estimate is $4-7K USD with non-working motor.
