My boat does not have a transom bilge pump or drain plug. I know that they were only made in 1995 and 1996, but if any other members have this model I would like to know if your boat is the same.

The plug is sold at any chandlery or marine supply store. 1" brass.

Do you have a switch on the instrument panel? All of it can be installed DIY.

Thanks for your reply but there is NO way to get in to the bilge at the stern on the inside of the boat. I think that it is foamed in. Never had a whaler like that before I was hoping to find another member that has the same boat to see if his is built that way. No switch on the dash.

For reference, the 17' Dauntless DC was made 3 years from 1995-1997

Do you have any photos of the outside of the transom with any drain holes?

Joe, this is Matt3034 and I would like to send photos of my 1995 Dauntlass DC that show no drain plug. What do I need to do to send them?
