I am new and I sure this has been discussed before, but I have bought 2 whalers with no titles.

I both boats have be registered before. One from VA and the from SC. I live in VA.

What is the best way/simplest to get a title for this boats?

I would appreciate any and all help. They both need lots of work I am just trying to keep my over all project cost down.
