Two years ago I purchased my boat on a crap trailer.

I ordered a new one. When it arrived at the dealer, I brought my boat to the dealer. I made adjustments to the trailer (added keel rollers myself) and they used a travel crane to transfer it to the new trailer.

I drove the boat with new trailer home, returned to the dealer and picked up the old trailer which I soonafter sold on Craigslist.

Shop dealers hard, prices vary...a LOT. Estimate for your trailer should be $2500-$2800 max.
