Hi, I am a owner of a 2015 170 dauntless which I am very happy with. The new 2017 dauntless is identical to mine but the brand new redesigned Montauk is also very similar. The addition of the: fuel tank, rear seats, bait well etc make it almost the same boat but at a lower price point. I think they even have the same center counsel . My question is...why would they make two very similar boats and what are the difference between them to justify the price? Are the hulls different?
