While figuring out why my Whaler's motor was quitting, I decided to do just a little bit of redo, touch-up, etc.
Fuel System
Drained a lot of water-laden fuel from engine...
Replaced low pressure & high pressure fuel filters.
Emptied & cleaned fuel tanks (Two 9 gals)
Made up new fuel line: A-15 hose, new fittings & bulb
Added a Water Separator / Filter system, between tanks & engine.
Relocating tanks from stern to under aft bench seat. Moves them forward a foot or so for better weight distribution.
Electrical System
Moved 2 Group 24 batteries from stern to under front left bench seat. This moves 90# forward and left, to counter driver in right seat position.
Replacing all battery cables, ends & boxes.
Rewired bow light wiring under new rub rail.
Rewired bilge pump
Added Lowrance 7" color GPS/Chartplotter/Fish Finder
Adding Bluetooth stereo & marine speakers
Hull
Had fiberglass shop fix a deep gouge on starboard bottom & fill numerous previous screw holes, etc.
Installed new rub-rail. No fun, it better last a long time...
Installed bimini top
Installing four rod holders
Will have upholstery shop redo cushions
Installed new fire extinguisher & handheld horn
New dock lines
New 12# Danforth anchor
Two new handheld VHF radios
