I particularly like this, but I'm a newbie. Would this "look" in the USA lose its resale value or enhance it?

I don't care for the deck and front steps, but the platform around the console is great.

That is a very nice, well kept and valuable Montauk, and not overdone as we have so often seen. There are only three aftermarket teak items - the floor, the bow step pads and the console top. All are well enough done that I don't think they hurt value, although in my case, I don't think they add value either. It is purely a personal preference as to whether someone would want those additional details. In my case, no.

I agree with what Finnegan said as no value add or subtract but in my case Yes, I like the looks for the classic model.
Hey look what BW is doing with the 60th anniversary models they are adding teak options.
