As my deck re-core continues I'm looking ahead to reinstalling it. What's the best deck to hull caulk? I'm leaning toward 3M 4000UV, but what else does the forum have long-term experience with?

Given that your Outrage 17 II has white gelcoat, I would go with Boatlife's LifeCaulk sealant rather than an adhesive.

I used it on the seams of my 1991 Outrage 17 and it held up very well.

Times 2 on Phil's recommendation. I use that material exclusively after I was introduced to it. Very easy water based clean up.

For this application, you could consider butyl tape between the bottom of the deck and the hull, then follow up with the boatlife stuff.
