First I would get a remote 6 gallon tank with fresh gas and new fuel lines. If it acts the same you can eliminate fuel tank, lines and filters not on motor.

Check the filter on the motor to be sure it is clean and not leaking. With the cowl off squeeze the fuel bulb and look for leaks at any places on the motor side. I had a tiny crack in the plastic mount where the filter screws on.

When you cleaned the carbs did you replace all the jets?

If possible run the motor under load in gear and with the air box off use a clean rag to choke one carb at a time. If it causes no change that is the problem carb. I am able to do this with the boat on the lift with the stern lower so I do not have to be underway.

Also while idling on muffs, pull one plug wire at a time. No change = problem cylinder. I am betting fuel delivery or carb issue.
