Does anyone know the correct plug for a 1987 Yamaha 150 ETXH. The only information I can find is from a service manual I found on line but I believe that was a 2006 manual. It called for a NGK BR7HS-10, that's what was in the engine when I bought it but a local marine store said it should be an 8 not 7.
Any help?

Thanks, Dennis

In several on-line resources, I have seen it listed as the NGK B8HS-10.

E.g., Part #56: http://www.marineengine.com/parts/yam...0304550001

By the way, that is the same spark plug that my 1992 Yamaha 150TXRQ engine uses, per the owners manual.

Thanks for the help, I have also found it on line but it's nice to have confirmation.
